David Waltzer and his team are a helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable bankruptcy law firm. It is a tremendously difficult and stressful time when declaring bankruptcy , so having a good lawyer on your side is indispensable. My case was a bit more complicated then average (divorce, two houses and a previous business I owned), but they handled it quickly and stuck to the agreed rate. The free evaluation they offered was very helpful as well.
I can only recommend hiring them to guide you through the process. It saved me time, energy and now even my credit is back on track .

I contacted David Waltzer last fall regarding a personal bankruptcy case. David was very proficient, compassionate and responsive.
