David Waltzer is a zealous advocate who has successfully handled thousands of consumer bankruptcy cases and negotiations.  He has litigated extensively both against and in concert with the United States Trustee. David managed the bankruptcy filing for a client with the highest household income to ever get a discharge of consumer debt in the District of New Jersey(over $300,000 per year).

David Waltzer’s experience includes work at the United Nations, the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone and The Essex County Courts. David’s educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law, NJ, an M.P.A from Baruch College, NY, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Purchase College, NY. David was also selected to attend the law program at the University of Leiden, one of Europe’s oldest and most renowned universities. David speaks Spanish, Portuguese and can get by with Italian and French, Haitian Creole and Jamaican Patois. When not liberating clients from their debt, David enjoys spending time with his family, doing mountain sports, philosophy and composing music.
